Seafrogs-Purchase of a housing for the EOS R50. Part 4.

Progress of communication with Seafrogs.

I reported to support that SR-009 was not working, and they contacted me to say they would check again.
After receiving no reply for a few days, I contacted them to ask what happened to the “check again.”
A few days later, I received a message saying that it cannot be used with the R50.

So, the Seafrogs housing for the EOS R50 does not currently have a mechanism for driving an external flash.

My first request was to be able to use the built-in flash, and then I expressed my desire to return the product including the housing.

I’d like to ask what the initial confident response of “it has been tested” was all about.
That said, when the product is officially shipped, support’s only answer is probably “it works.”
